Despite the company asserting they did not know about Friedland's actions the SEC expects every public company to know every infinitessimal action taken with their registered share structures.

The Transfer Agent is OWC Pharmaceutical's Transfer Agent, not Friedland's. If the SEC does take action against OWC Pharmaceutical they will state that either OWC Pharmaceutical knew about Friedland's nefarious actions, or the company should have known about Friedland's nefarious actions.
