Dad used RBC for his investing, and when he bought his shares of FnF they would send him letters saying "this is against the advice of our staff, are you sure about where you are investing your capital?" HIGHLY recommending to put the money elsewhere. When he passed last year, we told them that Dad left his Oujia Board to his personal investment advisor.
