Presentation same as we've heard. Confirmatory trial and fragile x trial starting this year. Kind of lumped them together and mentioned within the next 6 months. Went in specifics to say why bryostatin would work on early alzheimer's and for the millionth time explain why they chose severe. Said the drug actually works on the genome and in particular on apoe4 and could be preventative early on.

Makes it clear that they are confident that they can increase the scoring benefit even more than 6 points with additional cycles of the drug but was careful to say that confirmatory trial will be exact to previous trial so they can provide irrefutable proof of what they already accomplished but with much increased power. He mentioned that they may extend and monitor trial as long as 6 months however. Not sure if that was a total of 6 months or 6 months after week 15 now that I think about it.

Always great to hear his historical knowledge of the disease and give a perspective you don't find elsewhere. For example pondering why humans are the only species that get alzheimer's on the planet. SPOILER ALERT, its because we have such an incredible amount of synapses compared to anything else and feels this is one of the reasons he believes bryostatin will work for all alzheimer's...or that folks that want to get rid of AB in the brain aren't really accomplishing anything as he feels there needs to be a balance between pkce and AB and feels that has been shown in brain autopsies. Nobody knows alzheimer's like Dr Alkon IMO.
