SO, the remaining DEBT, as small as it will be, relative to what is ALSO being announced it EPIC! And the Debt PAYER is leasing his 3.6 million dollar operation (the 300K per Month revenue stream for LIBE) to us and THEIR PAYMENT doesn't activate unless we're $1 per share.

AND after the lock-out we have the Rights to buy the remaining debt!
