Pretty easy to say that OWCP was complicit in assisting the P&D. But for 7M? Really? Who else made out on the deal? Did OWCP insiders sell meaningful amounts of shares? Not that we know of. Why risk their careers over a few million.

I would state that if one gives it more than a few minutes thought, it seems at least just as likely that Friedland (along with as yet unnamed co-conspirators in the area of hyping/pumping) and trading/dumping) pulled this off and that OWCP is then potentially guilty of a lack of due diligence wrt Friedland's activities. That activity may well later result in a shareholder lawsuit against OWCP
