So we have just a few more days to start closing above the .01 required for maintaining QB status, or we go back to the pinks. I fail to see the problem here. What's the problem again? I'm confused. There's no reverse split, land purchased, permits approved, road in place, contractor chosen, purchaser for product lined up... whats the problem again?

No problem here. Jack is building a refinery, I have my bag of shares... no problem... no worries.
