Disturbing? It's outrageous the terms of this offering! How can any company be so stupid? Sorry, I can only see this one fighting to stay above $1 in the next few days (weeks) and then we all know the story....meeting minimal uplisting etc....and of course the inevitable down the road r/s. Sorry for anyone who owns shares here. Horrible move by company and zero foresight.
