SEC should shut him down and put him in jail...LOL. But what he is doing is completely legal...he's current reporting with OTCmarkets pink tier. Obviously very limited reporting required. News was always fluff and nothing specifically about HIHI but it was their potential "targets" to acquire. I made some money flipping in January after that nice spike in pps back in December (missed that one in Dec)...but the float was super tiny at that point. I checked with the TA weekly sometimes several times per week to keep an eye on the OS/Float. It wasn't terrible in Jan but the last month has been ridiculous with no news or any attempt to support the PPS. Just massive dilution.
