For edification about SEC trading halts:
"Securities exchanges, such as the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE) as well as the Nasdaq Stock Market, have the authority to halt and delay trading in a security. A trading halt—which typically lasts less than an hour but can be longer—is called during the trading day to allow a company to announce important news or where there is a significant order imbalance between buyers and sellers in a security."
The SEC does suspensions for security violations - they do trading halts for potential problems with news and trading is resumed.
FINRA does regulatory halts - and after 4 days of not being quoted the stock is sent to the greys.
Just as misinformed about the SEC as about thinking that OWCP owned 7 patents when they were provisional patents filed with the USPTO.
You were going to post documents that proved OWCP owned patents - that was a year ago and still nothing.
