Is it? APII/WAFR/AHIX hasn't had the greatest success with software companies in the past. Maybe things will be different this time, but only time will tell. (Maybe this time the CFO will review the acquisition's books BEFORE the closing. Oh, and maybe look into any outstanding court cases. Or not. That's a lot of work.)

BTW, I'm NOT saying that CDI is the "target company" that AHIX has referred to. Maybe it is; maybe it isn't. It is curious that the descriptions match word for word.
