But they are not company people - is this who you meant by IR - they are PR I believe.

Where did yo hear that? I have been to the office here and was told they play someday to get on AMEX but I do not believe a US cmpany can trade on RTS. Russian companies trade on the NYSE as ADRs but never heard of a USA one here.
