Long-time share holder of TRTC, first time poster here.

How does this reverse affect the AS of the stock? I assume there is no way it can stay at almost 1 Billion?

If that is the case, it gives TRTC the ability to dilute the stock into nothing.
However, now that this info is "out" and there is no panic selling, I am led to believe that current shareholders are mostly unaffected, and new investors may be more apt to jump in.

Thoughts?
