What I have been saying for months is TRTC is a publicly traded company and has to have shares to issue to survive.......

Lets try this analogy :

There is a race on the Salt Flats and you (TRTC) has the fastest land vehicle on record.......and your opponent has a rickshaw !!

The light turn greens and off goes the rickshaw at a snails pace.

You on the other hand are not moving cause the pit crew has no fuel.....
