If CWIR ever wants to move up it needs to drop down to .0007-.0008 area. This being propped up by stuck holders is only hurting them. Without new money coming in this does not stand a chance of moving. The company obviously isnt going to do anything for its shareholders and the longer this is propped up the lower it will fall. Smart move now is to stop propping it up and let new money come and get some momentum to move it back upward.
