No worries. OTC traders have a herd mentality. OWV* is up 60% with 133+M volume with the hope of an RM and this one is neglected with a real business and revenue. Just wait and the volume will come. Then it is game on. If the contracts are true and the management is honest then whether 3 or 4 or 5 or 6 you are still buying at the bottom. aimho.
