Who is selling.....the impatient, the disillusioned, individuals who owe the IRS? Could be any of the aforementioned. The present view is that if one is not making a little bag of money every day in a stock...sell and move on to make more losses somewhere else. Unfortunately the "Buffett" system of making money has been lost on a generation or two.....fools and their money are soon parted, and it makes no difference where the fools got the money in the first place.
