Part One - cease activities
Part Two - damages - not sure, but I'm assuming WRFX will sue for damages
My understanding at this point:
WRFX now has funds to pursue actions
Lawyers hired
Lawyers are in process of building case to file motions to have Phoenix cease all actions
Judge will review and make ruling
I think this can be expedited by WRFX lawyers since there is real hurt/damages involved (but I'm not lawyer so assuming this)
With Phoenix's background and history of cases against them, my assumption would be the judge will have plenty of black and white information to rule against Phoenix. So hopefully Part One - cease activities will be quick.
The cease activities is all that really matter in short term, once Phoenix is stopped then the toxic dumping will stop so I hope that this process is quick and WRFX gets the positive outcome that seems pretty straight forward to many of us here.
When WRFX wins and successfully sues and is rewarded damages it will be a one time revenue somewhere in the future.
This is all a calculated opinion on my part
