It's only been 1 year since the last 10-k (annual report) from ENDV came out still mentioning the licensing agreement.

I hope IPR did not pay $1m for nothing.
The agreement was supposedly made in 2011 and had 3 years to be finalized.
If it was never finalized, why mention it in a 2016 year end report? It already passed the 3 year termination timeframe.

Strange!!!
