Slow moving Trend has paused but could turn up in a 2 hour bar, LOL...

The ALL KNOW-ing trend chart has REMAINED in a down-trend regardless of the 10.00 move up form 268 to 278, its my go to chart when in doubt??
Finally, the 9day chart is currently Green butwith five trading days to go, 3/16, and a Opex of meaning its 4cast a new Yearly Low dead ahead?????
