I just don't understand why it hasn't moved at all! Anyone???

It's easy to understand.

Our hero Clay has come up with a scam angle (Angie's List, plus Travel outfit), that is outside the usual weed Microcrap scams involving growing weed, and/or dispensing it. It's just plain boring, compared to the other Microcrap weed scams.

It's easy for a group of retail traders to move an O/S of 200M trading in the triple zeros. A little more difficult to move an O/S of 9.2B+.

Why would one expect an O/S of 9.2B+ move with such a lame scam angle?

The only interesting part is IF this scam made another run to 0003 as it did in 2017, how many retail traders could escape, with massive toxic note conversion, and dumping occurring?
