I said it before and I’ll say it again. I am here to recover or sink with the ship. I’m too far down the rabbit hole to sell.
I still hold hope for a chance to progress through manufacturing.

My sentiments exactly.

I certainly can relate to the gloom and doom being expressed by Geo and many others here recently as we have been getting screwed for so long that it feels like par for the course and somewhat inevitable. It would certainly not surprise me if it turns out that the Ronin plan has been to get the company on the cheap in order to "divest" the IP for bread crumbs to a prearranged "friendly" party where they can develop and profit from it privately. It could also turn out they have been in cahoots with the old gang to pull off the heist from shareholders in a semi-legal manner.
But it would also not surprise me if it turns out that the IP is/has been relatively worthless garnering virtually no interest (see the Rolf Brekken notes to a shareholder stating as much) and that the new BOD/mgmt is proceeding with their stated plan to turn around and build a solidly profitable CDMO. This is my hope for mitigating some massive losses and is why I am still here like Tampa Trader and a few others. I think the second scenario is as likely as the first if not more so.
