I believe the software in their name gives the impression that management is not focused on ensuring the development and success of the Hemp business.We know they are, but to new investors, perception is reality. On the other hand, it could be a blessing as Cryptobuy could be a success. However, it is evident, many Hemp or cannabis companies merely put cannabis or Hemp in their name resulting in their share prices going to $1.00 - $5.00 with no revenues. That is why I'm frustrated with management because removing software from the name doesn't create any disadvantages. Ubiquitech Corp will cover all their holdings as a holding company. We, as shareholders, would very much like for Mr. Ballas and the board to revisit this issue. We are not asking them to do anything drastic such as a complete name change, just a minor adjustment. Now, the question that we contemplate whether it would cost a lot to to make that adjustment? Does it mean management would have to go back and remove software from the previous release financial statements? What are the impediments to do this? This must be addressed? Finally, Mr. Ballas please do not tell me if I don't like how things are being handled, to just sell my shares and move on. I've have been patient and holding for two years, so you made money off my position. All I'm asking is for me to get a small return for doing you such big favor.. Long UBQU Corporation..
