question for tbone and chilling...
do companies do convertible notes with a number of shares and that is the only provision? Or do they allow the full return on investment, plus a limited value increase. It would not make legal sense to say "up to 577M shares" regardless of share price would it? the note should have some constraints to prevent all shares from converting, based on the value added.
