Smart money is already in QMCI. I practically begged people to grab .03s, even when I was bidding myself.

Scared money was bidding for .02s and got left behind.

Its just a matter of time before the market realizes that anything under .30 is a safe bet, based on currently available information and terms of the debt forgiveness and non-dilutive debt restructuring outlined in the QMCI filings.
