We don't know about the recreational side of the business, maybe that will come later after the Medical and CBD is started. However, the Leominster location hired Scorzelli before he was with DUTV to work and become their spokesman and Manager of the construction site. That is all he was doing for them and they had nothing to do with us then. I don't know about now, but I do not believe we are in business with them.

What I will say is the CEO has the experience to take us forward. As proven with the Prime Wellness site setup and working with state and local officials concerning the same. He is experienced and has the knowledge to complete our transition. Prime was only brought up due to the work that he did with them, nothing more.

Now if something has changed and we are now in business with them or someone else, that will come with the PR to OTC markets.
