Cancelled as FINRA wont approve it now. It was supposed to be last July 2017 per the DEF14C. It's too late to enact it now as they would have to redo it again and notify shareholders of the intended date again.

They used it to renegotiate with noteholders which they did by reducing 7 noteholders down to only 2 now per the last Q just filed which those notes aren't due until July and Sept 2018.

Only 577M OS which is unheard of down here.
