Actually Siegel was promoted last Summer until November 2017, when he either resigned completely or stepped down from his interim position. The filing wasn’t too clear, but I think he’s out of the company.
Scams always have a dark cloud over them, it’s just the way it is. It’s extremely easy to raise money and go public on the otc, there is no need to buy a company that has millions in debt, billions in shares and a multi year SEC investigation. For less than $50k you can start from scratch and not have any past issues. Getting a pot license in Ca is not very expensive at the moment, $25k will get you started. In LVVV’s case, the Coachella Valley has been extremely supportive, and they’re handing out permits to anyone that has the money to pay for them.
If you think that $.0001 is the lowest this stock can go, you’re incorrect, a r/s will wipe out existing shareholders.
Best way to make money on the otc’s is to call the company and tell them you want to loan them money in exchange for convertible debt, at the very minimum you will double your money. That’s how Shi Farms and Redwood got rich.
I can see the 52 week high and low for them, but unless you buy and sell at that price it doesn’t matter too much.
