And yes I provide great service and my company provides a great product to our customers.
How long it takes to resolve a issue that is not as big of a deal as one is making it out to be but for no other reason to make such issue look like a huge deal.
The key issue is by no means a keep from sale of a product to the customer as the end user was able to get the product they wanted from another means.
Sorry one would feel that I did not perform to ones expectations but I did what was needed to do and got the system back up and running.
If what one would worry about is that I could not provide the quality of service that one may expect to sell such a high tech system, I would say no worries as I have a plan.
