I agree, and I've said similar thoughts on this forum in the past. Specifically, I think that the 2017 corn harvest was so good, it brought the price down for the raw materials that Greenshift licensees pay to the farmers. This increases the profitability of the businesses that have licensed our patents. If Greenshift's executives were smart, the licenses would capture some of this profit. None of the 2017 has shown up in a Greenshift filing because the company hasn't made any filings since late 2016!
It's also possible (and undocumented for the same reason - no SEC filings since late in 2016) that other companies could have been licensed to use Greenshift's disputed patents. This would also increase the top-line revenue that is still being hidden from their shareholders.
