It seems to me per the recent 8K that the 1st batch was in December 2017. On January 12 is when the first spike in shares. Price has then stayed pretty steady above the .0008 mark until just recently. So a increase of say 1,500,000,000 shares seems a safe bet. Maybe throw in another 500,000,000 for filings and day to day business (hopefully not) but possible.
