Does this sound like someone who has time for a scam?

TECHNOLOGY :

July 7th 1992
Although Thomas C.K. Yuen is no longer guiding AST Research Inc. in Irvine, he still holds a hefty chunk of the computer company's stock. The former co-chairman of the computer company owns 2.59 million, or 8.4%, of AST's 30.7 million shares outstanding, according to Invest/Net Group Inc., a research company in Fort Lauderdale, Fla. At Monday's stock price of $14 a share, Yuen's stake is worth $36.2 million. Safi U

That’s the equivalent of 57 million in today’s usd.

Five years later In 1997 AST was purchased by Samsung.

Then in 2012

Yuen bought a majority interest in this company in 1994 for 2.4 million.

Does this sound like someone who has always had a big vision for the future who wants to grow more major ventures from small beginnings?

I wonder if he, or a family associate, bought the 64 million shares for 3 cents each?

Why would Thomas Yuen want to be on the board of Pharmacyte unless he thought it had potential for a huge sellout?

He doesn’t need the money or the shares imho.
