I agree.

We need a bad-arse CEO of biotech to come on board and bring in a new bad-arse staff to launch the Lm rocket to the freaking stratosphere!!!!

And when/if that bad-arse "no f-in around with" CEO introduces his new team, I hope he plays the following theme song to introduce his peeps and to light a fire under everyone else's arse....no slackers allowed...only get-er-done fighters to breakthrough all technical, scientific, and regulatory challenges...and stern-faced deal makers to get them non-dilutive deals done!!!!
