Thank you for the simplified fast explanation. As you can tell im kinda just venting. I personally like the panel we got because i am also basing it on what it COULD have been. I do agree we are fine. Those judges although none seem dominant, are all on the list one way or another of who you want for your appeal. Remand is just a bummer... understand its a saftey stop. However another delay bummer, im also a worlds original and waiting has been the only option. I'm hoping that good things come to those who wait and we shall be rewarded for our diligence. Again im praying none of this will matter if oilstates makes pans out it makes for a much easier decision... (thats only a few months away)...as for trading, a lot of sideways action today im so surprised at all the small pop up shares for sale on level 2 filling orders today and all week for around the same price.... pretty good volume today but the cheap shares for sale seemed endless!
