IF this gets sent back to the PTAB it will surely be all over for the current price pps! oil states better come through with a solid enough ruling to make this easy for them to decide.. or they better pony up and make their own decision without sending us back the the starting line!! Im not sure im thrilled about this situation! Some one cheer me up!! Come on i wanna hear other opinions.. i respect and trust data 110% his accuracy here is unmatched.. but a trip back to ptab would pull the drain plug for a little while!!
