Sorry, I'am just getting to your comment Trump, I loaded up on IFON under 1.20 and unloaded yesterday around 1.70. I was hoping they would have released the result of the shareholders vote today whether or not to merger with Cooltech. I also believe that most of the shareholders who was qualified to vote had sold their shares before February 5 and rest was not very interesting in voting.

IMO the best thing for the shareholders or people hanging around on the sideline is for Infosonics to release the results of the out come of the vote. I believe the vote did pass and the company is waiting to release the results to help drive the share price higher so that they can dump most of those a/s into the market. also when Infosonics and Cooltech merge, the company is going to give Cooltech shareholders 63 million shares according to the February press release.

The new o/s count is now 676,000 shares. News of a passing vote to merge will send the share price soaring if the company hold back in dumping those 150 million shares into the market. I've took a very small position in IFON just in case the company do release news about the vote pass or just in case the start dumping like mad men. Either way Next week IFON could make one rich or wipe one out. It depending on how Infosonics release the news and wait before dumping those 150 million shares into the market.
