One thing I have noticed over the past 3 months, anytime the PPS goes up any... it almost immediately goes right back down. LOL.. wack wack wack.. I doubt its anyone but the company it would seem.. diluting as they can is all I can think of.

My dad is Brazilian, and is actually there now.. I am trying to talk him into going up to these sites and really check out whats going on there. lol
