Just am not sure who they are using for IR.

About "up listing" I heard nothing of that only that the goal, as it is with many pink sheet stocks, would be to go the the AMEX but that can take quite some time as the stock price has to be above $4 I believe. Much will depend on how much stock they issue for future purchases. I expressed the strong wish that the restrain themselves in that way as it is much better to give less shares at a higher price then issue tons of shares at a lower one...adn of course for us it is a total necessity.
