We have hired Legal & Compliance LLP to file our new Form 10 Registration Statement, they will file it as soon as the auditors finish their work. http://www.legalandcompliance.com/going-public-law-firm/securities-attorneys/laura-anthony-esq-3/

The auditors have been paid to complete their work, I don't want to give a timeline but it's in their interest to finish quickly. I spoke with them a few days ago and they're moving forward with the 2016 and 2017 audits to file.

As soon as the audits are complete we will file them along with the Form 10 Registration Statement to become effectively trading again.
