Gotta love the SEC's press release, in which they brag about how "quickly" they suspended MNZO and obtained a settlement from Ritch:

They "foiled" nothing. MNZO has been pumped and dumped many times, and Ritch was an active part of it for several of those P&Ds.

Do they seriously believe Ritch is now going to be a good boy, just because they slapped his wrist and took his shell away? Sheesh. He's a career con artist.
