Are you clear on all the details of the merger?
It is a little hard to decipher...although the current SP looks good(for a buy in), I am somewhat concerned that the 10:1 merger agreement may not be that great of a deal? What does the merger provide that would cause an increase in value other than awaiting the results of the AM-101 phase III?
I want to buy in, but think I may wait till after the 12th once the merger is complete.
