They have the ways and the means to annihilate current outstanding equity.

They have filed a statement with Wyoming SOS that they intend to do exactly that.

They have a lot of financial incentive to do exactly that.

So why should that lead one to conclude that they won't do exactly that?

they have done nothing to mess with shareholders
