Yep. And I am trying to find out in which jurisdiction CEPSA is filing suit against ERHC. Anyone believing that CEPSA won't try to collect the $10 million ERHC owes them is not thinking rationally. Nobody on the face of this earth would forego that kind of dough. And then there is the IRS. I assure you they haven't forgotten that ERHC owes them $2.7 million either.
