at best alex is trying to resell control retrofits in the manner of which he resold energy. but, as a knowledgeable poster here stated, a company such as his could beat the pants off of any bid by cutting out the middle man such as alex.

at worst it was a self enrichment scheme for alex and a select group of insiders by having just enough product to bring in some shareholders.

either way; have to feel alex and the insiders are living a pretty comfortable life.
