GENE'S DEPARTURE WAS A SIGNIFICANT SIGNAL YET THE MARKET DOES NOT LISTEN

Since Gene is no longer with the company he can sell his shares without filing with the SEC, I think. So the market may be allowing Gene to dump his stock at what seems to be, to me anyway, at a price that does not reflect the obvious.

Of course, there there may be something not obvious that is supporting the stock and Gene was forced out by the BOD. We don't know.

The elimination of Gene's hefty salary will give NNVC some more breathing time.

If a new CEO with authentic credentials is secured that would be a positive surprise.
