Actually on the chart O'Malley has the highest influence rating. O'Malley is actually a little bit better than I initially thought based on the link below. A little more than a slight yes...based on that, but reading other stuff, more balanced....but good Judge.

On the other side of the spectrum, we have judges Newman and O’Malley, with two out of three decisions (Trading Technologies, BASCOM) finding eligible subject matter—the most of any pair of judges. Definitely stay for oral argument.
