What are you even talking about.

If the explanation is as simple as you claim then why didn't they just say so?

If given the opportunity to gain the exposure with a new presentation experience why didn't they take full advantage of it and produce and/or provide some new information instead of regurgitating old news that had already been fully digested by investors.

If LD Micro was fulfilling their obligation to DPW why didn't DPW take the chip and cash it in at a later date instead of one week before a previusly cancelled/rescheduled Investor Presentation. Yesterday's "Dog and Pony" show was absolutely ridiculous.

I believe DPW Holdings did not issue a press release since they realized that the information being presented would be a repeat of the webcasts we all participated in on December 20, 2017 and January 31, 2018. Yet so many complained how the Company was trying to leave everyone in the dark.

As a true long I am surprised that you did not see the 8k and PR that were filed with the SEC and released via newswire outlets yesterday announcing the Webinair.

I think investors here are well aware of the efforts being made by DPW and I don't think anyone has claimed that DPW is not transparent with their investors.

But when DPW commits embarrassing displays such as yesterday they should and will continue to be called out by other True Long Term Investors.
