This accords with the design of one of Brett Gross' Deal Sheets for Hay Mountain. I cannot make that available to this board, but I don't think it is necessary to sign an NDA to see it. There are interesting strategies to gain financial leverage available, even though there is an enormous number of shares issued and authorized. I expect people currently signing agreements and touring sites are aware of these strategies.
