Pure pump/dump scam - beware

Investors trying to get out at any price, especially with the DTCC deposit chill on VMGI, and the fact that VMGI has gone into hiding as dark/defunct company with no financial reports.

Ask the CEO if some of their toxic death spiral financiers are concerned that they can't convert/dump shares because VMGI does not have enough shares authorized and no one want to buy this POS stock with pretty much no assets of value.

They may be threatening action to seize the company, IMO, because of the CEO's failure to live up to his fiduciary duty.
