Obviously everything we're reading is a concern as we learn the true story, but...

should we be suspended or should the pps happen to continue to fall during proceedings...

then I'm a buyer!

OWC is NOT going away. There's way too much at stake here to vanish.

So...I'm here, I still believe in the company and believe that there might be an opportunity here to buy more cheap!
