Oh, the nonsense about dividend capture and timing the movement of this stock. It can't be done. Few saw this 2nd big div reduction coming.

Worse, mREITs are especially dangerous for a multitude of reasons including the fact that they don't have a "floor" due to their extremely high leverage. mREITs can just go poof!
